Is USFans Spreadsheet Safe? 6 Checks Before Ordering
Six practical checks for using a USFans spreadsheet: destination, item option, payment flow, photo limits, EU tax risk and the warehouse return window.

Short answer: browsing a spreadsheet can be low risk if you keep account and payment actions on the USFans domain you opened yourself and verify the item, option and amount. No checklist can guarantee product quality, customs treatment or a refund.
1. Check the destination before signing in
Read the browser address, not the logo. Avoid account links sent through unsolicited private messages, and never give a password or one-time code to another person. A copied brand image is not proof of ownership.
2. Match the item, the option and the amount
Open the product record and compare the main image, the additional images and the option images. Select the intended colour or style and the text size, then read the current price state again. A missing price should stay missing, not become zero.
Use photos for questions they can answer
USFans inspection guidance checked on 30 September 2026 separates visible appearance and label checks from actual-size differences and powered-on testing. Use a photo for colour arrangement, quantity and visible damage. Do not use it to prove material, function or fit.

3. Keep payment inside the account flow
Pay in the current USFans account, check the currency and the payable line, and keep the transaction reference. Treat a request to move payment to a private recipient as a stop signal. A coupon does not require an outside checkout.
4. Understand destination tax and inspection risk
USFans help records HCON_STATIC_057 and HCON_STATIC_056, checked on 4 September 2026, describe the removal of the low-value VAT exemption in 2021 and place destination tax, inspection and return risk on the recipient. Some routes for consignments at or below EUR 150 may offer IOSS handling, but that is not a promise of exemption from inspection or duplicate collection. Confirm the current route and destination rules.
5. Know the return window before you need it
HCON_STATIC_029, checked on 4 September 2026, requires merchant permission and a request within five days or 120 hours after warehouse intake. The first non-Prime return or exchange in a calendar month has its operation fee waived, later ones use tiered charges, and applicable China domestic delivery remains payable. Customised, tag-removed, intimate and food items are listed as excluded. Read the current version for your order.
6. Keep a dated record
Save the product page, option code, order identifier, parcel identifier and the date you checked each policy. If something changes, you can show which step changed instead of describing the whole purchase from memory. Remove passwords, full payment details and home address from any screenshot you share.
What remains outside your control
Merchant stock, warehouse findings, route availability, customs decisions and carrier performance can all change the outcome. The point of these checks is to make your own decisions traceable, not to promise a safe or refundable order.
