USFans Buying Guide: Order, Warehouse, QC and Parcel
A four-stage USFans buying guide: choose the exact option, pay for the product, review it at the warehouse, then build and ship the parcel.

On this page
The USFans flow has four separate decisions: choose the item and its exact option, pay for the product, review the item when it reaches the warehouse, then build and ship a parcel. Most confusion comes from mixing those stages. Keep them apart and each question has one place to look.
Stage 1: Choose the item and the exact option
Start with a keyword or an image search, then open more than one candidate. Compare the main image, the additional images and the selectable options. Write down the option code, the size and the displayed amount before you leave the page. A similar thumbnail is not proof of the same fabric, construction or included pieces.
Use measurements rather than size names. For clothing, compare chest width, body length and sleeve. For shoes, use foot or inner length when the record provides it. The size guide explains the measuring method.
Stage 2: Pay for the product, not the parcel
USFans describes two payment stages: the product order first, then international shipping after warehouse intake and packing. A help record checked on 4 September 2026, HCON_STATIC_008, describes the standard marketplace purchasing service line as free while the total can still include the item, China domestic delivery, international delivery, destination charges and optional services. Read every line in the current account.
Keep sign-in and payment inside the USFans domain you opened yourself. The catalog does not need your password, a one-time code or card details.
Stage 3: Review the item at the warehouse
Follow each item until warehouse review
When an item is marked as warehoused, compare the visible images with the option you ordered: quantity, colour arrangement, size label, major panels, closures and obvious damage. USFans inspection records HCON_STATIC_047 and HCON_STATIC_005, checked on 4 September 2026, describe visible checks and exclude powered-on electronics. A photograph cannot settle material, smell, internal construction or exact fit.
Raise a visible concern before the parcel is packed. The QC photo guide lists what to compare and how to describe a difference.

Stage 4: Build the parcel and choose a route
Consolidation and packaging change both actual and dimensional weight. Use the measured values for the prepared parcel, then compare eligible routes by amount, restrictions and displayed delivery range together. The shipping guide explains the inputs and the shipping calculator guide shows a dated worked example.
Conditions worth checking before you start
- Storage and return deadlines are counted from warehouse intake, not from your payment.
- A promotion can apply to one stage and not the other.
- Route availability depends on destination and contents.
- A tracking gap is not the same as a missed delivery.
What this workflow does not promise
No guide can guarantee that an item matches your expectation, that a return is approved, or that a parcel arrives within a displayed range. Those outcomes depend on the current merchant, warehouse, carrier and destination rules. Use the workflow to make each decision checkable, not to replace the current account information.
