Check a USFans coupon against its dates, eligibility and payment stage, and compare the payable line before and after the code is applied.

Short answer: a coupon only counts when the current account accepts it on the exact order or parcel you are paying for. A copied code list can outlive its dates and hide eligibility rules.
Check whether the promotion itself is still open
A promotion page can stay online after the event closes. A check on 1 October 2026 found the USFans Back-to-School page still displaying its artwork with an ended-event notice. Read the status line before budgeting for the offer.
Read the conditions in one pass
Record the active dates, account eligibility, minimum spend, currency, product or shipping scope and any route restriction. If a condition is missing from the post, treat the offer as unconfirmed until the account shows it.
Keep the product stage and the parcel stage separate
An offer attached to a product order does not automatically apply to international shipping. A shipping campaign may also be limited by destination, route, package type or account. Note which total changed after the code was accepted instead of adding two reductions together.
Treat calculator campaigns as dated states
On 4 September 2026 the shipping calculator response carried a 40% campaign tag and showed before and current columns. That documents one session, not a standing discount or a general price per kilogram. Rerun the estimate with your packed parcel and read the current condition.
Record the result
Write down the code, date, currency, qualifying amount and the exact reduction displayed. If the code is rejected, keep the message and the checkout stage rather than changing country, parcel inputs and payment method at the same time.
What not to do
Do not sign in through an unfamiliar page to unlock a code, and do not send payment or an account code to a private contact. A public post can tell you that an offer exists; only the current account can tell you whether it applies.
