USFans QC Photos: What to Check Before Shipping
Use USFans QC photos to compare the received item with the ordered option, know what a photo cannot prove, and request a specific extra view.

Short answer: QC photos let you compare visible details with the option you ordered. They do not test function, confirm material, establish origin or prove fit. Start from the order record and the selected option, then look at the image.
Match the photo to the option first
Check the order identifier and the selected colour, style and size before judging the image. A photo of a similar item is not evidence that the correct option arrived. Compare quantity, colour arrangement, size label and included pieces.
Clothing: look at the whole garment before zooming in
USFans inspection records HCON_STATIC_047 and HCON_STATIC_005, checked on 4 September 2026, describe visible appearance and label checks and exclude powered-on electronics. Look at the full shape first, then the seams, closures and hardware. A label confirms a printed size, not the chest width or sleeve length.

A folded-shirt example: useful detail, incomplete outline
A folded garment can show the neckline, print placement and colour, but it hides the flat dimensions and the lower construction. If fit is the question, ask for a measurement rather than inferring it from a photo. The size guide explains which numbers matter.

Make an extra-photo request precise
Name the view you need: the outsole, the inner label, the zipper pull, the back print or a flat measurement. USFans Detailed Photo help, viewed on 30 September 2026, showed ¥3.00 in its illustration while the text said 1 CNY and a maximum quantity of 20. Those are conflicting published references, so confirm the current charge before buying the extra view.

Act before parcel submission
A visible mismatch is easiest to address while the item is still in the warehouse. Save the original gallery views, annotate the exact difference and open the request within the current window. The warehouse guide explains intake deadlines and the returns guide explains merchant permission and the five-day or 120-hour request window.
What a QC check cannot guarantee
Lighting changes colour, a single angle hides the opposite side, and a photograph cannot prove performance, smell, internal construction or exact fit. Treat a missing angle as missing information.
