Best USFans Spreadsheet: 7 Checks Before You Buy
Check a USFans spreadsheet in seven steps: live product links, exact options, real measurements, warehouse terms, parcel inputs and dated updates.
Updated
On this page
A useful USFans spreadsheet is not the one with the largest number of rows. It is the one where every card still opens a live product page, every option is named, and the measurements you need exist before you pay. Run these seven checks on any sheet you are considering.
1. Every card must open a real product page
Open at least five cards, including one from the last page. A card that shows an image but no working destination is a picture, not a product record. Check that the page you land on shows the same garment, bag or shoe as the card, not a generic category page.
2. The exact option must be named before checkout
Colour, style, capacity and size should be selectable and visible together with the price. If a listing title says hoodie but the selected option shows a crewneck, the option wins. Note the option code and the amount, then confirm both again after the handoff.
Read photo and update claims carefully
A size label in a warehouse photograph does not give you chest width or sleeve length. USFans' published inspection scope, checked on 30 September 2026, places actual-size differences and powered-on electronics outside the standard visual check. Treat a sheet that promises measured fit from a label photo as unverified.

Record which part of the outfit the amount describes
A dated OG check on 1 October 2026 makes the difference concrete: the option 669 Light Gray / M displayed 168.00 CNY for the hoodie alone, while 669 670 Set Light Grey / M displayed 312.00 CNY with a top and trousers pictured. Neither amount is a delivered parcel, and neither establishes what every product photo includes.

3. Measurements beat size names
Look for flat measurements, foot length or inner length, and a stated measuring method. A sheet that only lists S, M and L asks you to guess between regional systems. Compare the numbers with an item you already own instead of converting a label.
4. Warehouse and return terms need a date
Storage and return rules change. Ask which policy was checked and when. A warehouse deadline and a merchant return window are different clocks, and a sheet that repeats one number for both is unreliable.
5. Shipping needs parcel inputs, not product prices
An item price cannot answer an international shipping question. The minimum inputs are destination, packed weight, three outer dimensions and product type, plus the route restrictions shown for that parcel. Run the current estimate again after packing.
6. Update claims need evidence
A year in the title is not proof that records were refreshed. Look for a dated note describing what changed: new links, corrected options, removed dead items. Undated claims age silently.
7. Know what the sheet cannot do
It cannot confirm fabric, function, authenticity, fit or a refund outcome. Those questions belong to the product record, the warehouse check and the current account terms. No sheet can promise that a parcel will arrive safely.
Next steps
Read the full buying workflow before ordering, use the spreadsheet review to judge a collection, and run the safety checklist before entering account details. When a saved link stops working, follow the link recovery steps.
